Coylene Andersen Martin

Coylene Andersen Martin, 79, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 09, 1943, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of Loran Rawlin and Ida Green Andersen. She was raised in College Ward and graduated from South Cache High School. 

Coy was a published writer and avid fisherwoman. She especially loved fishing on the South Fork. She also loved animals, hunting, and camping. 

Coy is survived by her daughters, Janet (Troy) Matherne of Houston, TX, Charlotte Thain of Idaho Falls, ID,  and Catherine Marie Lands of Anchorage, AK. A sister, Dawna (Randall) Cook, Logan, UT, and a brother, Rallin (Jean) Andersen of Logan, UT. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

Coy was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Martin, parents Loran and Ida Andersen, and a daughter Cindy Lynn White.
